WordPress account username/password

    Hi all,

    I installed the wordpress application on my website yesterday which is under limedomains.com.

    I can login to the administrative interface using my username: admin and password: <>. But for some reason I cannot login the wordpress website (wordpress.com).

    When I use admin as the username, wordpress suggests that I use:
    yourdomain.com/wp-admin and the password.

    Well I try my website:
    <>/wordpress/wp-admin with the appropriate password but it says that I have the wrong username or password.

    Limedomains say that its a matter of wordpress support and to be very honest, I don’t know what I am missing.

    Why I need to login to wordpress? I am trying to install wordpress.com stats and I require the API key for the same and there fore I need to login to wordpress.com.

    Any help?

    have you tried to create an account at wordpress.com?
