WordPress add to cart issue

Hi, I am using WordPress and WooCommerce for my site and i am facing an issue when a customer adds a product to the cart, a pop up appears saying Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again. Can someone please explain why is this issue persistent with multiple browsers and how to resolve this.
