 * So Instead of starting a new wordpress install over and over again how I usually
   would I wanted to learn how to fix whatever errors is coming up
 * Every-time I launch a bitnami wordpress instance on GCE, it comes up with an
   error, shuts down or has a third party plugin violation EVERY TIME. this has
   happened at least 6 different times.
 * For this particular site, I have went into phpmyadmin, disabled all plugins,
   switched the theme back to its original, but the website is still inaccessible.
   Now I’m trying to figure out how to rename the .htaccess but I have no clue how
   to access it.
 * Previously i’ve tried editing .htaccess using filezilla but I keep getting permission
   errors. Someone please help
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fwordpress-admin-panel-inaccessible%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hello [@georgejr6](https://wordpress.org/support/users/georgejr6/)
 * I’d try to narrow down which plugin is causing the error and reaching out to
   their authors and seeing if this is something they have dealt with and can fix.
   I’d also check your server’s error logs for any more potential leads on what
   could be causing this problem.
 * So for example, I’d start with a fresh install. Leave the theme as default. I’d
   start going through plugins one by one, checking the log after installing and
   using each one. Once I found the culprit or when this error would occur I’d gather
   as much data as I could and reach out to the plugin author to try and get a better
   idea of what’s going on and see how they can help.
 * If its not a plugin causing this, then hopefully the severs error logs can give
   you more clues. I’d also suggest switching your versions of PHP to see if that
   can help temporarily.

 * Hi [@yobani](https://wordpress.org/support/users/yobani/) – I wanted to avoid
   doing a fresh install. But now I know I need to just backup my websites before
   hand. Do you know if theres anyway I can export the db from phpmyadmin and upload
   it into a fresh install?
 * (Btw: I already disabled all themes and plugins)
