# WordPress admin point to old server

 * Hi,
    I was moving some of my WordPress sites to a new server, it works fine but
   when I try to enter the admin page of one of the sites, I see it is still goes
   to the old server while the main site IP is refer to the new server. How could
   this be?

 * I think you need to edit your blog URL using PHPMyadmin. The old URL is still
   stored in the database. Look for the wp_options table.

 * Hi,
    I am using the same URLS, all I changed is the host. The strange that when
   I entered the admin page yesterday from my home PC, it worked fine and linked
   to the new admin pages. What do you think?

 * Hi,
 * did change your nameserver to move your domain or change the
    domains pointer.
 * In the first case give it at least 48h because the udpate
    process of the DNS
   Server arround the world could last some days.
 * So your problem should be gone in a day or two.

 * I changed the nameserver and I already saw that the URL is pointing to the new
   host, I was able to edit it from home yesterday when the URL is updated with 
   the new host
