WordPress admin using Google Chrome, cannot chat with Firefox

    Just installed the free plugin, however when a visitor on Firefox starts a chat and I am logged into WordPress with Chrome (on a Mac) I am not seeing any active chat sessions, so my visitor can type away in their dialog but the Agent never sees a new visitor.

    Trying to start a new Chat session also maintains all words from the previous chat attempt, making it doubly confusing to the chat visitor.

    I went ahead and de-activated another Chat plugin, then activated WP Live Chat, somehow it worked OK this time when testing a visitor using Firefox while the agent used Chrome. Still unsure why it didn’t work on first install though.

    I am glad to hear things are functioning as intended.
