 * hi..i am new to this so i need a little help..
    it’s like this..i run a small
   shop and i have 10 employees and each one uses excel now i need a way to be able
   for them to access them from wordpress and for me to be able to access all of
   them. so i need like a user name and pass which will allow only one person to
   access that file and a master user name and pass so i can access them all.. i
   need to be able to do this from the front page of my site.. any ideas please

 * There’s no simple way to do this; WordPress wasn’t built to be a file manager.
   While you can protect posts and pages, once a file is uploaded, it’s public. 
   The user only needs to know the path to be able to get it. If you only have simple
   spreadsheet needs, you might checkout [http://docs.google.com/](http://docs.google.com/).
   There, you can set up different spreadsheets and manage who has access to what.
