    Hello,

When I activate the current version, my WordPress backend becomes very slow.

When I deactivate the plugin, my backend is fast again.

What could be the reason for this?

This did not happen with the old versions.

    Hi @jidwictut9,

    • Does this happen on every page of your WP Admin, or only on particular pages? If so, which ones?
    • How much data do you have in your Koko Analytics tables, in terms of days/years?
    • Are there any files in your wp-content/uploads/koko-analytics directory?
    • If you go to /wp-admin/options.php on your site, what is the value of the koko_analytics_version option? If this is lower than 2.0.22 then it could be that the plugin is still busy migrating your data to version 2.x behind the scenes.
    • Could you temporarily install a plugin like Query Monitor to see what exactly is slow? With that plugin installed, you should have a toolbar at the top of your site showing you slow queries etc.

Hello, thank you for your quick reply.

It turns out that your plugin is not the cause of the problem after all.
