# WordPress Bug

 * WordPress has serious problems dealing with pages.if you have a few hundread 
   pages,the problems begin.if you edit a page,the server crashes.if you add a page,
   the server crashes.mysql is overloaded instantly when dealing with pages .
    WordPress
   is so big,why don’t you resolve these problems? it’s really amazing this can 
   happen with WordPress

 * so what is your permalink structure?
    `For performance reasons, it is not a good
   idea to start your permalink structure with the category, tag, author, or postname
   fields. The reason is that these are text fields, and using them at the beginning
   of your permalink structure it takes more time for WordPress to distinguish your
   Post URLs from Page URLs (which always use the text "page slug" as the URL),

 * yes,i know,but i can’t change them now.my permalinks are just with the postname.
   
   i thought this problem was resolved on the latest version,you even gave me a 
   link to a page that said that.it seems it’s not resolved at all. Quite amazing
   that i can’t delete my pages without crashing the server ! I moved to wordpress
   because i thought it’s better than joomla.but having such big problems makes 
   it worst
