 * Note sure why but my theme makes similar changes to my styling. Anything in “”
   goes as a quote. Can this be resolved with this plugin?

 * Probably not. This plugin was designed to bypass the default filters that are
   applied by WordPress. It’s *possible* that it would also prevent a theme from
   changing your code, but it really depends on how the theme implements those changes.
