 * I don’t have any plugins install for ssl, force ssl is handled on the server
   side and has nothing to do with the code. When I create a <a href=”http: link
   it automatically changes it to https. when the page loads. I’m creating this
   link by typing the html. why is it doing this and what do I need to change it.
   so that if it’s http it will stay http and if its specified as https it will
   stay https without rewriting.
 * in general settings I have the site name as https:// but there is a image with
   a popup that goes to a vendors page. I need this link to go to a http site not
   https.
 * it’s an online marketplace wordpress site.
 * WP 3.6.1 IIS 7.5
