 * Really love this plugin, exactly what I need, thank you. Having some trouble 
   getting the chapter listing to display. As far as I can see the shortcode links
   to the correct js file. Any help much appreciated, thank you.
 * A sample .js and .json chapter file would be so so useful as part of the documentation.

 * To clarify, the shortcode points to the correct location of chapters.json but
   the chapter tab does not appear. Thank you so much
