# Unable to access my site

 * Hello –
 * I have recently joined the company and I have found that we have a Chilean website.
   Unfortunately, the login credentials that were on file have since expired or 
   were not updated with the other predecessors. I am not able to gain access to
   the site to make updates etc. Can someone please advise as to what I can do to
   get access?

 * I appreciate the link but the issue is that we don’t have the admin email in 
   order to reset any of the passwords.

 * Use the database method to either directly set the password or change the email
   for the admin acccount.
