• Environment:
    WordPress 6.7.1
    Jetpack 14

When searching for my own ww.wp.xz.cn (Jetpack connected) website using WordPress.com reader – my website appears and can be subscribed to.

The problem is that my posts (non-custom post types) are not appearing in my Reader (under subscribed sites). I see only three outdated posts as if my feed was being read briefly before breaking.

I have verified that my self-hosted wordpress feed is working by navigating to my.url/feed. All my latest posts are included.

    How do I diagnose?
What are the most likely reasons for this negative outcome?

    Hi @xizor,

When this happens, the first thing to check is your Jetpack connection. You can verify the connection status here:

    https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/

If the connection is broken, you’ll also find a link on that page to a helpful guide for troubleshooting.

I hope this resolves the issue for you! If you’d like us to take a closer look, feel free to share your site URL here. For privacy, you can also use our contact form.

    Thank you!

Jetpack Debugger says “Everything Looks Great!”, but things aren’t working. Thoughts?

    Hi there, @xizor,

If the debugger says that Jetpack is well connected, but you still see errors happening, we will need to investigate further and take a look at our site.

Could you please post your site URL here so that we can review it? As my colleague Alin suggested, you can also contact us via the contact form if you want it to remain private. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread. Thanks!
