# WordPress Crashed

 * My website recently crashed, and I’m not sure why. Maybe the plugins failed? 
   How do I fix this issue, I can’t even access the website to fix the problem!
 * Some more info: I purchased the domain haileyjamiesonux.com through wordpress.
   com. Then placed it with Bluehost. I then cancelled that domain, but It’s still
   my primary domain in Bluehost. I do not have access to this domain anymore and
   am in the process of getting a new domain with Bluehost.

   that shows up when you visit your domain?
 * Also, if there is a “critical error” you should get an email to the admin email
   you used in WordPress which should have a recovery link along with more details
   of the error.
 * Bluehost has pretty good support as well for WordPress and I’m sure they can 
   restore a backup. It might be best to reach out to their support or give them
   a call if they accept support calls.
 * My guess is perhaps one of your plugins (or theme) automatically updated and 
   could have triggered an error of some kind.
 * Without more details I don’t have any better guess than that.

 * Wordpress.com phone number doesn’t work. I don’t own the domain anymore so I 
   can’t get their help on it.

 * Happy to try and help get to the bottom of this.
 * I just looked up the domain on Whois– it shows that is is still registered to
   WordPress.com (Automattic). [https://who.is/whois/haileyjamiesonux.com](https://who.is/whois/haileyjamiesonux.com)
   <– see here.
 * It sounds like you attempted to move the domain to Bluehost for hosting. Was 
   this process completed/confirmed? For example, did you get logon info for your
   account?
 * When you say

 *  do you mean you canceled the service with WordPress.com?
