# wordpress crashed after installing plugin

 * Hello, 
   my website [https://www.medbill.de](https://www.medbill.de) (and link
   sites) crashed after i installed the plugin w3 total cache. I removed anything
   like you said in this case [W3 Total Cache Crashing Website | WordPress.org](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/w3-total-cache-crashing-website/).
   I checked the permissions of all important folder/files (wp-admin, wp-content,
   wp-config.php, etc.) , all good from that side. My hoster tryed to support me
   but they said they have not received any errors. I am not able to start the wordpress
   debug through wp-config.php. Could you give me help pls?Thank you so much in 
   advance!

   in CMS.
