WordPress Crashing

Today I noticed some images were just broken when uploading them, even in library they didn’t appear. But I though it was a “logged in problem”. Now it happened in anonymous page as well.

It also happens when previewing a page.

Also, no idea what is that “skip to content”.

EDIT: It also happens on Admin Panel. Stometimes an error page appears with this message: Error 522 Ray ID: 4c0e3ed85bf9d052 • 2019-04-01 23:12:01 UTC
Connection timed out.

EDIT2: Using the “Inspect tool” it’s showing that the server is failing to load some resources:

I’m using CloudFlare and Hostgator.
