 * I’m interested in creating a custom plugin for WordPress. What level of PHP knowledge
   is necessary to get started?
 * Like, I have written blog on The Skindex. so Now I want to create a plugin where
   user can directly review their opinion on Minecraft.
 * Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

 * The level of PHP knowledge required will depend on how involved the plugin that
   you want to code up is. Some plugins are easy, and won’t require much knowledge
   at all. Others are quite involved and require extensive PHP (and more) knowledge.
 * The best starting point is the [Plugins API documentation](https://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_API).
   That will show you how to get a plugin started, and then you can work from there
   to build what you want.
