I got a token from the official website after signing up. I got the images I wanted in the media library. But when I tried to open: Appearance -> Customize, it didn’t load. It threw the error displaying: * “This page could not be found! We are sorry. But the page you are looking for is not available. Perhaps you can try a new search.” * I changed the theme, reset the WordPress core file but didn’t get the result. Then I deactivated all the plugins and activated one by one and then I found that this plugin is causing serious issue with the customize option. * Please look into it as the plugin is very good and want to keep it activated. But it conflicts with the customize option, therefore, I have to deactivate to access the customize option. I deactivated and used some other theme as well but it didn’t work for me. I implemented a quick fix and that is now live.
