# WordPress dashboard breaks

 * I’ve had a whirlwind of an awful day regarding my domain hosting provider and
   I’m currently running into an issue regarding all my WordPress dashboards.
 * Everything was fine until today, I’ve not updated, created or changed anything
   regarding WordPress.
 * It keeps breaking when I click on an option (Ie. clicking Thumbnail Slider, Revolutions
   Slider, Settings) it breaks my dashboard and when I go to reload the page, I 
   get locked out.

 * How do I fix without loosing anything? I’m at my wits end with everything.

 * Try [manually resetting your plugins](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F).
   If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the
   cause.
 * If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via [FTP or SFTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients),
   navigate to `/wp-content/themes/` and rename the directory of your currently 
   active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-
   out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

 * Hey there,
 * Yeah, I just finished going through all my WordPress sites and deactivating all
   my plugins and then one-by-one activating each plugin.
 * I was able to pinpoint all the offending plugins.
