# WordPress dashboard formatting problem when plugin activated

 * Hi,
 * I started having a formatting problem with my wordpress dashboard: here is waht
   it looked like before activating the plugin: [Before tag groups](http://www.jp-e.pl/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/berfore-tag-groups.jpg)
   and here is what happens when I turn the plugin on: [After tag groups](http://www.jp-e.pl/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/after-tag-groups.jpg).
 * What could be causing this??

 * I cannot reproduce the problem. It could be caused by a conflict with another
   plugin. I have tested the plugin on several servers and use it with lots of other
   plugins and have never experienced the icons disappearing.

 * One more idea: If you use a caching plugin, you could simply try to empty the
   cache. (Just noticed the yellow box on your screenshots which is not from the
   Tag Groups plugin.)
