WordPress database error

On one of the websites within a multisite installation we get the following plugin error: SpamFireWall. Error: DELETE TABLE: TABLE IS NOT EXISTS: wp_cleantalk_sfw

Our error_log reads: [12-Sep-2021 14:55:09 UTC] WordPress database error Table ‘…….._………_wp.wp_cleantalk_sfw’ doesn’t exist for query SELECT
network, mask, status, source
FROM wp_cleantalk_sfw

We’ve already removed the plugin from the multisite and reinstalled it, but that doesn’t solve the problem.

We also deactivated/activated the plugin and re-synced it to the Cloud, but the problem remains.

Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance for all the help.
