# WordPress database error

 * Dear WPForms Team,
 * I’m using the WPForms Lite plugin, but unfortunately I’ve had this error for 
   a few days:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       Errore sul database di WordPress: [Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY']
       INSERT INTO wp_wpforms_tasks_meta (action, data, date) VALUES ('wpforms_admin_notifications_update', 'W10=', '2023-11-15 18:40:37')
   
       Errore sul database di WordPress: [Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY']
       INSERT INTO wp_wpforms_tasks_meta (action, data, date) VALUES ('wpforms_admin_notifications_update', 'W10=', '2023-11-15 18:40:37')
       ```
   
 * can you help me fix this error?
 * If instead I want to modify a template a popup appears with this error:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       Something went wrong while saving the form. Reload the page and try again.
   
       Contact the plugin's support team if this behavior persists.
       ```
   
 * Furthermore, if I try to create a new form a popup appears with this error:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       Close the form builder and try again. If the error persists, please contact our support team.
       ```

 * These kind of errors in the Form Builder are generally related to the **auto-
   increment** attribute in the `posts` table in your site’s database. Please go
   to **posts table » Structure » ID**, and check the auto-increment option – [screenshot](https://a.supportally.com/i/fQdAkd).
 * After this, you should be able to save your forms in the Form Builder.
