Hi there,
We’d be happy to help troubleshoot what could have caused the database errors if you are still interested in trying out Jetpack.
The error you saw may occur when the MySQL data is left in an inconsistent state – and that may be due to another plugin running a query and never fully completing / clearing it.
What may help us is to see a list of the plugins active on your site.
Alternatively you can try disabling any caching or security plugins on your site and installing Jetpack again to see if that makes any difference.
Thanks for reply.
Sure…there are lot of other plugging but due to this, you need full list?, I had to remove jetpack and after that error is not coming, This error directly get my website user impacted and they have to refresh or some leavs website,
Thanks
Hello,
Without Jetpack active and connected, we are unable to see what other plugins you are using, so yes, we would need a full list to look for clues.
If you want that information to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form:

Thanks!
okay..sure. I will enable it back today and report you as soon as I see that error again.
Thanks
hi
actually I have been strugling with the same error.
now I cant even open my page.
what should I do?
Hi
I had installed the jetpack again in my dev env website which is clone of prodcution.
and after installing getting the issue again but little different error.
One Question is : while keeping jetpack activated, how many DB quesries it fires? as hostinger says they support max 15 parallel queeries and seems jetpack is taking most causing this issue.
