# WordPress database error: [Incorrect key file for table…

 * “WordPress database error: [Incorrect key file for table ‘./d60506324/wp_postmeta.
   MYI’; try to repair it]”
 * Can anyone explain to my why I’m getting this error? I haven’t done anything 
   but add two new posts and then this shows up on my website and in the wp admin.

 * This is a problem with the database that holds all your content.
 * If you have access to phpMyAdmin, you may be able to repair the database from
   that.
 * Otherwise, you should contact your host and ask them to fix it.

 * try this:
 * 1) go into phpmyadmin
    2) click on the database name on the left column (in this
   case it should be d60506324) 3) click “select all” on the bottom of the table
   that is show to mark all the check boxes within your database structure 4) click
   on the drop down that says “with selected” 5) choose “repair table”
 * report back here if that doesn’t fix the problem.
