# WordPress database error, mySQL/syntax.

 * Under ‘Monthly Archives’ I get this error:
 * ‘WordPress database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual
   that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near”
   at line 1]
    SELECT cat_id, cat_name FROM’
 * Does anyone who how I sort this out?

 * A LOT more info please:
 * What kind of server: local (which flavor – mac, linux, windows, if windows is
   it xampp or native); hosted windows; hosted linux/unix
 * Which version of wp: and – fresh install, or upgrade
 * Have you disabled plugins? Is it still doing the same thing if you have disabled
   plugins?

 * I am very new to WP and have only just installed it (Fresh Install), I don’t
