Since the database tool to create the missing tables is not working on your site, you will have to create the table manually. You can use the following SQL query to do that: https://pastebin.com/HaL1hgkh
Please note that your website’s encoding, engine, and table prefix might differ. If you are not sure, you can ask your host to use the query to create the table.

Thanks for this, I have run this and it says the tables are created. But still have the same display problems with the layout breaking when activating Rank Math. I’ve added a snippet as a temporary workaround to disable rank math from loading on /profile/ pages. But would still be nice to get to the bottom of it.

An issue with the database should not cause a layout issue and since the errors are already sorted out, please try clearing your website cache and check if the issue with the layout persists.
If it does, then check if there is another plugin or your currently active theme that is causing a conflict with Rank Math.
