# WordPress database lost

 * I updated WP on Thursday last week and made over 7 hours worth of changes to 
   my website. Everything looked fine, and the update itself gave me no issues.
 * However; when I went to the website this morning, I noticed it has somehow reverted
   to the older version, not accepting any of the new changes I put it.
 * All of my newly created pages and menus are lost. The new plugins I’ve added 
   and modified have all been lost.
 * Can someone please help?!
