 * hi,
 * I’m getting totally swamped with freelance work and I need good help. Have potentially
   6 projects in the works, 3 of which I plan to use WordPress as a backend CMS.
 * My skill set is as a designer & front end developer, so I need someone who can
   do the following:
    1) insure the instillation of WP on client server 2) convert
   my HTML/CSS/Flash homepage & template page into a wordpress style. 3) provide
   additional support through the process, including the ins & ours of WP
 * I’ve worked with WP before, but really don’t have the time to do a complete code&
   layout customization.
 * Send me links to site’s you’ve done in WP, your skillset and an estimate for 
   developing one site as speced above. If you understand in the ins/outs of using
   multimedia/flash in Wp, this is a plus. Timetable for each project is still being
