# WordPress E-mail Blogging

 * Hello, I have set up a secret pop3 e-mail address with my webhost and went into
   the admin control panel of WP under writing options to tell it what that email
   address is, the port #, the user name @ password. I then sent 5 e-mails to myself.
   I recieved each one of them, but each time I go to [http://domain.com/installdir/wp-mail.php](http://domain.com/installdir/wp-mail.php)
   I am told “There doesn’t seem to be any new mail.” I sent the 5 e-mails 10 minutes
   apart and have waited over an hour for at least one of them to show.
 * Just for kicks I tried the Gmail hack and I got some unknown error “Pop 3 Error[]”
   and since I can’t solve that, I went back to the regular instructions.

 * gmail is an entirely different problem there.
 * 90% chance that your password is incorrect.
