 * Hi,
 * I am using woocommerce plugin in my website, the problem is that emails are sent
   but are not received in my email neither by the customer. I have tried using
   SMTP mail server but that is not working either.
 * Then I figured out that this is not woocommerce issue because I am not even receiving**
   WP admin change emails.**
 * It seems that if I reset wordpress the issue will be solved but I do not want
   to that.
 * Any help will be appreciated.

 * Hi Sundasmunir –
 * I’ve run into similar issues before. I have a few follow-up questions that will
   help us get to the bottom of your issue:
 * – What email provider are you using? Can you login and check to see if emails
   from your site are being delivered to the spam folder?
 * – What website host are you using? Can you check to see if your domain or IP
   has been blacklisted (a common problem if you are on a shared host). You can
   use this site to check if you are blacklisted [https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx](https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx)
 * If you do turn out to be blacklisted it’s not the end of the world. You can use
   an email delivery service to greatly improve the deliverability of your emails.
   A service that I’ve personally used on several sites is SendGrid ([https://sendgrid.com/](https://sendgrid.com/)).
   In the long term it is a good idea to use a service link SendGrid as it will
   help ensure your emails are successfully delivered to users even if they are
   using email providers that have very strict spam/rejection settings.

 * Hi belly05,
    Thank you for your reply. My email provider is godaddy. The site
   is not blacklisted but I found that, ** dmarc DNS Record not found**,Do you have
   any idea about this?
 * I will use sendgrid if that’s the last option left.

 * no problem sundasmunir I’m happy to help!
 * I’ve never personally had an issue with email being unable to deliver due to
   a missing TXT record on a domain but looking at Godaddy’s support there is a
   ticket thread that seems to show other users having the same issue you are running
   into. The support ticket at Godaddy is linked below, at the bottom of that thread
   there are screenshots that show how to add the _dmarc TXT record to your DNS
   zone file:
 * **Link to Godaddy support thread on missing dmarc: **[https://www.godaddy.com/community/Managing-Email/Missing-DMARC-Record-error/td-p/14110](https://www.godaddy.com/community/Managing-Email/Missing-DMARC-Record-error/td-p/14110)
 * Also in case you are not familiar with editing your DNS zone file and adding
   TXT records here is a link to the Godaddy documentation on that:
 * [https://www.godaddy.com/help/add-a-txt-record-19232](https://www.godaddy.com/help/add-a-txt-record-19232)
 * Please let me know if the email successfully delivers once you have added the
   record to your sites DNS zone file.

 * Now I don’t think its DMARC issue. Nothing is working for my website emails,
   as I am not even receiving admin change emails from WordPress. Any other suggestions
   to solve this problem? Please!

 * Hi sundasamunir –
 * Ok if you are open to it lets try to install the SendGrid plugin on your site
   and do a test, they have a 30 day free trial so it wont set you back any money
   to run the test. There are a lot of variables with email deliverability and I’ve
   personally found its a better long-term solution to pay for an email distribution
   service as it greatly helps with email deliverability, which is especially important
   for E-commerce sites.
 * The plugin you will want to install is:
    [https://wordpress.org/plugins/sendgrid-email-delivery-simplified/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/sendgrid-email-delivery-simplified/)
 * And then you will want to sign up for a free trial at SendGrid:
    [https://sendgrid.com/](https://sendgrid.com/)
 * Once you sign up for the trial you will be able to activate the plugin by adding
   your API key. Please let me know if you run into any questions installing the
   SendGrid Plugin.

 * Hey, sorry for late reply but the issue is solved. I had spammed content in the
   woocommerce email, as I had customized the template. When I removed it, all the
   emails went through.
 * Thanks [@belly05](https://wordpress.org/support/users/belly05/) for your support.
