wordpress ettting problme

i have a small problem related maybe you will help me if you can i have accidentally wrote

on the word press setting

Site Address (URL)

i wrote mydomain.com/index.php

this thing made my blog error

i cant go in the admin panel anymore
i see the login page but without any graphics(wordprss logo,css)

alos when i go to the website the home page shows right when i go into the section it can find the pages

how can i return it to the original
