 * Hello,
 * I am working on building a site that will employ WordPress as a CMS. One of the
   requirements of this site, is that the user can upload new press releases as 
   PDF files to the site, which we can then display in many ways (on their own page,
   in a sidebar, etc). I want the user to be able to upload the file, perhaps append
   a date and a description, and have that info carry across all views, so it doesn’t
   need to be done more than once
 * What would be the best plugin(s) to use to achieve something like this?
