 * When WordPress is executed the files are loaded in the following order wordpress.
   php -> wp-blog-header.php ->wp-load.php -> wp-config.php -> wp-settings.php
 * If the request is to display a single post, which file is execute from wp-settings.
   php to fetch the post from the database?
