# WordPress Gallery Shortcode and Thumbnails Problems

 * Hi,
 * I’ve decided to move all my uploads folder (wp-content/uploads) on Amazon S3 
   but I’ve a very particular problem with gallery shortcode and image size.
 * In fact I changed in my database all the URL and the path to the old uploads 
   folder ([http://www.davidesalerno.net/wp-content/uploads/](http://www.davidesalerno.net/wp-content/uploads/))
   with the new one ([http://s3.davidesalerno.net/uploads/](http://s3.davidesalerno.net/uploads/))
   but now both thumbnails and medium size images aren’t loaded and full-size images
   are loaded indeed.
 * I’ve noticed that the problem is that the function wp_get_attachment_metadata
   doesn’t load correctly the attachments’ metadata (in fact also EXIF data aren’t
   loaded) but I’m not able to understand why.
 * I’ve only search and replaced old URLs and Paths occurrency in the database with
   the new one and I didn’t change anything else.
 * Why is there now this problem with attachments’ metadata?
