WordPress hanging – Can't do anything!

Hi,

So my website http://www.mxprecision.co.uk is working ok. I have not logged in for a while but wanted to to change the design etc. I logged in and updated everything and now I can’t use my plugins as they just hang when I try and edit anything. I have also tried deleting plugins and re-installing but I cannot delete them as the delete plugin page just hangs once I click ‘yes, delete files’

What can I do? It is a very basic website, I have hardly added any content!
