# WordPress importer changes file names

 * Hey guys,
 * I have a weird problem: After importing articles my image filenames got changed
   automatically. And I don’t speak about the folder, I speak about the actual filename.
 * So sweet-cat becomes sweet-5-cat.jpg.
 * Example:
 * Original article: [goo.gl/gZaZuj](http://goo.gl/gZaZuj)
    New article: <a href
   =” goo.gl/xT57eM”>goo.gl/xT57eM
 * So “cam-2.jpg” became “cam-5-2.jpg”. No clue how this could happen.
 * Any help?
