# WordPress Installation Problem

 * I am getting the following error while i am running file “install.php” after 
   editing “wp-config.php”

 * Sounds like you already installed WP, you can’t just login?
    Otherwise, use your
   PHPmyAdmin/Plesk/whateveryouhave to see if there indeed are already tables in
   your database. Alternally, in the wp-config file you can change the prefix from
   wp_ to something different and try to install again. If that works, you’ll probably
   have a database with wp_ and other tables.

 * I have checked with the tables and also i have not installed WP yet..

 * I guess you _did_ already install WP, but try this.
 * In your wp-config.php change this:
    `$table_prefix = 'wp_';` to something like:`
   $table_prefix = 'test_';` and try to install again.
 * When that works, change the database name, user and password. It is not very 
   smart to put your database name, username and password open on the www.
