    Is it possible to link a standard WordPress eCommerce store inventory
   to the multi-vender site so the client is updating once only?

 * WCFM uses WooCommerce default product system and all its features including inventory.
 * WCFM by default WordPress-WooCommerce addon, no special integration require.
