# WordPress keeps logging users out

 * Hi,
 * I’m having a problem. All the time that you click on any page inside My Accont
   it keeps logging me out. It’s a real problem for my customers, they are not able
   to make a purchase in a clean way, it takes several attempts.

 * Hello Jesús,
 * I recommend enabling debugging, as it may provide a more specific error message:

 * Also, check your .htaccess file for any rules or redirects that may be interfering.
   Renaming the file is an easy way to test. Just rename it back after testing.

 * Fixed. It was the cache plugin. I just disabled any cache on all the URL inside
   my account.
