 * Hi, I am trying to find an answer to this for a long time, I tried everything,
   from my hosting service, to disabling all plugins and using a basic wordpress
   template. The problem is, every time I use a login plugin of any sort, and when
   I test it to see how it works, and enter wrong password on purpose, I dont get
   the “error:wrong username or password message”, instead, my page reloads, and
   you can see in url: example.com/?loginfailed. Can someone help me with advice
   how to fix this?

 * Hi, anamasinko
 * You can try to reinstall the WordPress core or update the latest version to solve
   this problem.

 * This is a question that you’ll likely receive the best support for if you contact
   the plugin author of the plugin you are testing because each plugin is different
   and there could be code conflicts between the plugin and your other plugins.
 * If you are using caching or a CDN those could be causing the issue. Disable the
   caching and/or CDN to see if the problem persists.
 * Also, make sure you are using a plugin that is still supported… there are a number
   of login plugins that I am aware of that are no longer supported.
 * Hope this helps!

 * I am running a newest version of wordpress! Also, I am using a caching plugin,
   but I disabled it and this still happened! (I tested it with ALL plugins disabled)!

 * Did you also clear your local cache when testing.
