 * I am having a couple of issues and am completely oblivious on how to fix them.
   I am running a Responsive Theme, but that does not seem to be the issue. I went
   to Appearance -> Customize, and all that shows up is the menu on the left side
   of the screen, none of the images on the right or any options to customize. When
   I click on Site Title or Tagline, Header Image, Colors or any options, nothing
   happens. That is my first issue.
 * The second issue I am having has to do with editing pages. I click on the page
   to edit, it takes me to that edit page, and I can edit using the visual editor.
   However, when I click on the Text (HTML) editor, again nothing happens. The same
   issue occurs when I click the Add Media button.
 * What can I do to fix these problems?

 * Is anything produced within your server error logs when the page loads or these
   objects are clicked?
 * Have you tried another browser to see if that may be causing it?

 * I have tried 4 browsers, but I am not sure how to check the server error logs.

 * Your hosts should be able to help you accessing your site’s error logs.

 * I have now deleted all plugins and the visual editor has stopped working as well.
   I am finding this to be very frustrating.

 * Try re-uploading all files & folders – **except** the root wp-config.php & .htaccess
   files and the wp-content folder – from a **fresh** download of WordPress. Make
   sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new
   ones.

 * Hi – I’m sorry that you’re having these frustrating problems.
 * In case you haven’t already seen it, make sure you check out [this page with various tips for troubleshooting WordPress issues](http://codex.wordpress.org/Troubleshooting).
 * You might try switching to the default WordPress theme to see if any of the problems
   you’re experiencing are related to the theme files (or problems within those
   files).
 * You could also try starting with a fresh copy of WordPress (perhaps in another
   web directory, if you want to try it out without messing with your current site)
   and then install some themes/plugins from the ground up to see if/when things
   stop working.
 * I hope this helps!

 * I was having the same exact problem just a while ago on a relatively fresh mojo
   WordPress install in a subdirectory… I followed esmi’s directions above, and
   it seems to have fixed it….
 * Much appreciated, for both the fix and for learning that this approach can solve
   issues sometimes…
 * 🙂
