 * I have this problem, when the screen gets to a certain small size, the dashboard
   wordpress menu detaches from top and the whole thing looks very odd since all
   is misaligned.
 * Is there any thing I can do?

 * Looks like you just have an extra-tall toggle bar. So you’d want to add some 
   CSS to just move the admin bar down a little further at that breakpoint.

 * This only happens when the responsive menu plugin is active.
 * Can you be more specific please?
    Do I have to tweak my theme css or the plugin’s?
