 * Could you advise if the plugin is working with multisite and contactform7?
 * It seems i’m not able to make it work.

 * Thanks for letting me know. You’re totally right! There is an issue when the 
   plugin is Network activated and I was able to reproduce it.
 * Working on this and an update will be available soon.

   in version 1.0.4
