# WordPress Multisite deleted

 * Hi All
 * I recently deleted a single subdomain from my worpress multisite via the network
   admin dashboard. For some reason my entire multisite and all subdomains dissapeared.
   Anyone know why / how ?

 * Things happen.once in a while… that’s why we have backups!
 * You do have a backup? Right?
 * It’s probable the other sites are still there. Maybe not but I’m thinking they
   are probably there. Something has caused them to not show. If you can figure 
   out what is missing you can probably recover them.
 * One thing I’ve seen is the database gets slightly corrupt.
 * It’s also possible a plugin or theme picked just the moment as you were deleting
   the other site to decide to break.
 * Since the example site you are telling us about seems to be working we’ll need
   more info in order to help you.
