# WordPress Multisite Installation Issue

 * I never faced this issue in the past with other hosting providers or on my local
   dev Linux servers. I am struggling to configure WordPress Multisite. I have added
   the following code to your wp-config.php
 * /* Multisite */
    define( ‘WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE’, true ); define( ‘MULTISITE’, true);
   define( ‘SUBDOMAIN_INSTALL’, true ); define( ‘DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE’, ‘mysite.com’);
   define( ‘PATH_CURRENT_SITE’, ‘/’ ); define( ‘SITE_ID_CURRENT_SITE’, 1 ); define(‘
   BLOG_ID_CURRENT_SITE’, 1 );
 * and following in .htaccess
    RewriteEngine On RewriteRule .* – [E=HTTP_AUTHORIZATION:%{
   HTTP:Authorization}] RewriteBase / RewriteRule ^index\.php$ – [L]
 * # add a trailing slash to /wp-admin
    RewriteRule ^wp-admin$ wp-admin/ [R=301,
   L]
 * RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -f [OR]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d RewriteRule
   ^ – [L] RewriteRule ^(wp-(content|admin|includes).*) $1 [L] RewriteRule ^(.*\.
   php)$ $1 [L] RewriteRule . index.php [L]
 * I also configured both wildcard and UK subdomains on the current hosting provider
   as well as on Cloudflare but I am getting an error **“There has been a critical
   error on this website.”** during multi-site installation in WordPress network
   tab but I can access uk.mysite.com test page which I created manually.
