 * Yes, it does, but you have to know how to flip the htaccess rules to iis webconfig,
   if applicable.

 * Yes, i use ina Win 2k3 Server,
    To do the rewriting i´m using wp-url-rewriting.

   experience migrating a existing wp multisite on linux to a Windows server?
