# WordPress navigation button inactive

 * The whole of the burger menu button (the three horizontal lines) is coming up
   as a “#” link, and the dropdown list doesn’t appear.
 * I’ve looked in the WP admin, the theme settings, the CSS and the php files (although
   I’d be very wary about changing any of these) and just can’t see how to make 
   it active.
 * Just to confirm, it’s not a link in the menu that’s inactive or a parent link
   that needs to be activated, or a sub menu that’s not showing.

   and the theme is Jobify.
 * Can anyone help?

 * This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins,
   and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable
   them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
 * If it turns out to be the theme…
 * As you use a commercial theme/plugin and need support, please use their official
   support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

   As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you 
   there.
