 * Hello,
 * i have a lot of websites thet show notice like this:
 * `Your site cannot reach WordPress.org at 198.143.164.251 and returned an error:
   cURL error 7: Failed to connect to api.wordpress.org port 443: Connection refused.`
 * What can i do? The sites work normaly but this show on the Site health status.
 * Thank you.
