WordPress partially loading or not loading only from certain serches

    Hello,

    I recently took over a wordpress site and am still learning the ropes.

    Some users have reported problems visiting our site from a google search page. Sometimes it partially loads or not at all.

    They can access sub pages that appear in google search but not home page [ redundant link removed ], they can also access by visiting the site if it is saved in their browser. This is occurring on Chrome, Foxfire and EE.

    I attempted to access the site from the link on our facebook page and it would not load.

    I am not sure how long this issue has been going on for but 1 month ago when the website was handed over we also changed our web hosting to Webcity and it is possible it happened at that time but maybe not.

    We have 13 plugins and they have been updated regularly except for W3 Total Cache which is not currently activated.

    Please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This is a volunteer gig and they do not have the budget to hire a expert.

    I have something of interest to add to this as I am trying to still work it out on my own but still clueless.

    I went into Word Fence to view my live traffic as I attempted to access my page as a visitor. Wordfence is a plugin I don’t yet fully know how to use but am learning.

    In Live Traffic, my IP address showed up as a bot (I am guessing that is because it is from a google search? Please correct if wrong) and indicated that I had visited a page even though when I click on the page I apparently accessed it takes me to a webpage on my website within my editor that says ‘Sorry The page you are finding seem doesn’t exist’. In other instances it tells me I left the webpage and tried to visit Non Existent Page and I am shown up as Type: 404 Not Found indicating with a yellow triangle warning . My IP address alternated between those 2 warnings over and over again.
