 * I have logged into my WordPress site and I have full access to everything but
   now it is asking me to input a password when I am trying to get into the plugins
   section and users when I have never had to do this before.

 * **Disable Security Plugins**: If you have access to the WordPress dashboard, 
   try temporarily disabling any security plugins to see if that resolves the issue.

 * I have access to the dashboard but not all elements in there. for example I can
   get into pages but not into plugins or users. it just takes me to the page asking
   for a password.

   now they say there was malicious code in the admin.php file but I’m not sure 
   what to look for
